Most recommended book to clients

I have recommended this book to most of my female clients over the past 15 years. It has been extremely helpful as a daily reminder around learning to and staying out of the business of others, allowing others to make choices and handle the consequences. Yes, it is written with the 12 Step Program in mind, but that doesn't get in the way of the truth of each page. A reader doesn't need to be involved in 12 Step to get the wonderful benefits.

This has helped me through some very difficult times this last year. Each day is directed to connecting with the good in life. This book provides reflections of moving beyond grief, sadness & life's challenges in a positive, healthy way, experience & let go. Direction to a power greater than a single entity that is all living & all powerful. A must have in your book collection!

great book
By a serious reader
Great book. Highly recommend. I had this in paperback, and had already read it once, and later bought another copy on Kindle so I can take it with me everywhere. I read some every day. It is set up with the short meditations meant to be read on a particular day, so the book is laid out with each meditation having a date, starting with January 1st. Excellent, inspiring, meaningful and helpful. Helps in all aspects of life and relating to others.
