Great Book!

I've read many books on nutrition and weigh loss over the years and must say that I think this one is great! I can relate to the authors straightforward and no-nonsense approach, and I appreciate the fact that it is a quick read. The message is simple, eat foods that make you feel good, eliminate foods that make you feel bad. Although this seems like an obvious message, I feel that this book sets itself apart by acknowledging that many people have emotional limitations that interfere with their ability to make better eating decisions. The book contains tips on how to deal with your overall state of well-being, and information about how certain ailments can be worsened or improved depending on which foods you are eating. All in all, I thought that this book was very practical and well-written: )
